Ted Zurawski was born and raised in Northern Virginia. Growing up in one of the fastest growing areas in the country, Ted developed a keen interest in real estate.

Ted pursued his education at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) where he studied Business Administration and Management. During his time, he was actively involved in Rho Epsilon Professional Real Estate Fraternity activities and working at the local K9 daycare while also volunteering around the community.

After completing his education, Ted embarked on a career of home mortgages where, for over 4 years, learned the ins and outs of the mortgage industry. After an exciting career in finance, Ted moved to becoming a property manager. He started as a rental property manager where he managed homeowners long term assets. Prior to becoming an Advisor, Ted also managed HOAs and Condos. Managing real estate asset gave him a solid foundation and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry.

Outside of his professional life, Ted enjoys country line dancing, exploring the Charlotte area and traveling. He lives in the Charlotte metro area, where he enjoys spending time with friends and learning more about CLT!
